I build AI systems for B2B companies who are excellent at their craft but lose hours every week on outbound, email, and admin. The promise is simple. Clear ROI on your time and your money. More customers in. Hours back for customer interactions and strategy.
I work with Finnish and Nordic SMBs primarily, with a smaller pipeline of EU and global B2B teams. The work splits roughly between sales infrastructure (lead scraping, cold email, automated follow-ups) and operations stacks (inbox triage, offer drafting, internal reporting). Pricing and scope are public on the pricing page because hiding numbers does not build trust.
How I work
Most agencies sell the dream. I sell the working build. Every Wicflow engagement starts with a 20-minute audit where you walk away with a concrete automation roadmap regardless of whether you become a client. If we move forward, you see a working demo within 14 days, not a slide deck after a month of waiting.
I keep up with AI weekly. The field changes faster than any internal team can track without it being a full-time job. That is the value of a fractional partner. You get the latest patterns shipped, not last year's playbook.
The stack I ship
- Models: Claude (Anthropic) primary for reasoning and writing, OpenAI for specific use cases. Local models when data residency demands it.
- Orchestration: n8n self-hosted in EU for everything that does not need code. Python or TypeScript when it does.
- CRM: Twenty (open-source, self-hosted in Helsinki) for Wicflow ops. HubSpot or Pipedrive for clients who already use them.
- Outbound: Instantly for inbox warming and cold email at scale. Apify and custom scrapers for lead lists. ICP matching with LLM classification.
- Hosting: EU-only. Hostinger VPS in Frankfurt for shared services. Vercel and Netlify EU regions for client websites.
- Compliance: GDPR by design. Sub-processor list available on request. No client data trains models.
What I write about
I write the Wicflow blog myself. Topics that come up most often:
- How to choose an AI partner without getting burned
- What AI automation actually costs in Finland and the EU
- EU AI Act compliance for SMBs (the August 2026 deadline)
- Cold email legality and GDPR for Finnish B2B
- The Saraev outbound playbook adapted for the Nordic market
- SEO and GEO (getting cited by AI search engines)
Languages and where I work
Finnish is my working language with most clients. I write and speak English fluently, and I work in Swedish for Nordic clients (mostly Stockholm). The Wicflow homepage is published in English and Finnish.
If you have a real automation problem, the audit is free.
20 minutes, your numbers, a concrete roadmap. No pitch, no obligation.
