I work with Finnish and Nordic SMBs primarily, with a smaller pipeline of EU and global B2B teams. The work splits between sales infrastructure (lead scraping, cold email, automated follow-ups) and operations stacks (inbox triage, offer drafting, internal reporting).

How I work
Every Wicflow engagement starts with a 30-minute call. You walk away with a concrete automation roadmap whether you hire us or not. If we move forward, you see a working demo within 14 days.
I keep up with AI weekly. The field changes faster than any internal team can track without it being a full-time job. That is the value of a fractional partner. If something new actually works, it ends up in your stack within weeks of release.
The stack I ship
- Models: Claude (Anthropic) primary for reasoning and writing, OpenAI for specific use cases. Local models when data residency demands it.
- Orchestration: n8n self-hosted in the EU for everything that does not need code. Python or TypeScript when it does.
- CRM: Twenty (open-source, self-hosted in Helsinki) for Wicflow ops. HubSpot or Pipedrive for clients who already use them.
- Outbound: Instantly for inbox warming and cold email at scale. Apify and custom scrapers for lead lists. ICP matching with LLM classification.
- Hosting: EU-hosted. Hostinger VPS in Frankfurt for shared services. Vercel and Netlify EU regions for client websites.
- Compliance: GDPR by design. Sub-processor list available on request. No client data trains models.
