AI agent
Lead Agent. AI that finds, writes, follows up, and books.
An autonomous B2B sales agent that handles the entire top of your funnel — find the right companies, write personalized outreach, follow up, and book qualified meetings.
If your outbound is irregular, dependent on one person, or based on copy-paste templates that nobody opens, the Lead Agent replaces all of it with a self-driving system that ships 500 to 2,000 personalized emails per week and books 3 to 8 meetings.
What the Lead Agent does
The Lead Agent finds your ideal customers on the internet, writes them personalized first emails, follows up automatically, and books meetings on your calendar. The hours that used to go into "we should do more outbound" disappear and become results.
In one sentence: a self-driving B2B sales development rep, built for your specific ideal customer profile (ICP), running 5 to 7 days a week.
The workflow, end to end
Step 1 - ICP definition. A one-hour call to pin down exactly who you want to reach. Industry, headcount, revenue, location, tech stack signals, hiring signals, recent funding.
Step 2 - scraping. Lead lists pulled from sources that fit your ICP: public company registries, sales databases, LinkedIn signals, and local map data for local B2B.
Step 3 - enrichment. Each lead enriched with website data, LinkedIn, recent news. Email addresses verified before sending. Bounce risk under 2%.
Step 4 - personalization. AI reads each company's website and writes a one-line opener that proves the email is not a template.
Step 5 - sending and warming. Emails go out from dedicated, warmed inboxes. Domain reputation protected with SPF, DKIM, DMARC, gradual volume ramp.
Step 6 - follow-up sequence. 3 to 5 follow-ups, each with a different angle. Day 3, 7, 14, 21, 30. AI-written from real data, never generic. Stops automatically on reply or unsubscribe.
Step 7 - meeting booking. Positive replies detected automatically and prospect sent your Cal.com or Calendly link. Hot leads flagged with full context.

Typical results
- 500 - 2 000 outbound emails per week, fully personalized
- Reply rate of 1.5 - 4% positive

- Cost per booked meeting is a fraction of the €300 - €600 an in-house SDR typically costs to source and book one
Pricing
We usually build before we charge: a small setup covers ICP definition, infrastructure setup, the first batch of leads scraped and verified, sequences written, and the system live. Most of what you pay from there is tied to the meetings it books. What affects the quote: list size, ICP complexity, and number of channels. Every engagement is quoted on a free 30-minute call.
Pass-through tools (email sending, enrichment, verification) are billed directly to your accounts, separate from our fee.
When the Lead Agent does not make sense
Honest answer: without a clear ICP or a differentiated offer, the Lead Agent will fail. It is an amplifier, not a substitute for product-market fit. Roughly 20% of leads we talk to are not ready for outbound yet, and we say so.
