Claude or Copilot?
Whichever fits. If you already pay for Copilot or ChatGPT, we start from what you have. If you don’t, we compare the options for your work and your costs, and different teams can use different tools.
Is our data safe?
We agree rules on what can be pasted into AI, use business plans where your data isn’t used for training, and choose EU data processing where the tool offers it. The Finnish data protection and staff-notice checks are part of the rollout.
Do our staff need to be technical?
No. We start from each person’s real tasks, such as emails, quotes, reports and meeting notes, and the champion in each team helps the others.
What does it cost per month?
Two parts: the licences, which you pay to the tool provider, and our efficiency plan from €1,000 a month. We keep the licence mix right so you don’t pay for seats nobody uses.
