How we price.

We usually build before we charge. Most of what you pay is tied to the results we create for you: more meetings, more leads, hours saved. A small setup gets your first system live, and what you pay from there scales with the value it produces. On operations work, we stand behind the delivery: if it does not run as agreed, we keep working until it does. Every engagement is quoted on a short call, free.

If the numbers do not work, we rebuild until they do.

Every Wicflow build is tested on real client data before going live. You see results before any long-term commitment. If we miss the mark, we rebuild at no additional cost. That is the deal.

What is the ROI?

A fully-loaded white-collar hour costs around €45 on average. A typical Wicflow agent recovers 8 to 20 hours per week of team time. The math, conservatively, from real client data:

Hours recovered per month 32 - 80 hours per agent
Hidden cost recovered €1 440 - €3 600 per month per agent
What you pay A small setup, then costs tied to the results delivered
Break-even Month 2 - 3 on most builds

After month 3, the agent is net positive even before counting new revenue from faster response times and broader outbound coverage. Most Wicflow clients run 2 - 4 agents in parallel by month 6, multiplying the recovery.

Common questions on pricing

How do you set the price?

Every engagement is different, so we quote it on a short call once we understand the goal. We usually build before we charge: most of what you pay is tied to the results we deliver, with a small setup to get the first system live. No long forms, no surprises.

Is the 30-minute audit free?

Yes. You walk away with a custom automation roadmap regardless of whether you become a client. We do this because most teams need clarity before they need a vendor.

Do you take equity?

No. We work mostly on a performance basis, so most of what you pay is tied to the results we deliver, not a slice of your company.

Are there contracts?

Retainers are month-to-month. You can pause or cancel any time with 30 days notice. We have never had to enforce a contract because clients stay when the system works.

What does the price include?

Everything: scoping, build, integrations, AI model costs (within fair-use limits), hosting on EU infrastructure, performance monitoring, and ongoing optimization for retainer clients. The only thing not included is third-party SaaS your team already uses, which can pass through at cost.

Can you work with companies outside Finland and the Nordics?

Yes. We work with companies anywhere, in English, Finnish, and Swedish. The team is based in Helsinki and delivery is fully remote, so location has never been a constraint.
