Every Wicflow build is tested on real client data before going live. You see results before any long-term commitment. If we miss the mark, we rebuild at no additional cost. That is the deal.
Common questions on pricing
Why is there a range, not a fixed price?
Because workflows differ in scope. A cold email system for 1,000 leads with one persona is faster to build than a system for 10,000 leads across 4 personas with multi-stage sequences. We always quote a fixed price after a 20-minute scoping call. No surprises.
Is the 20-minute audit free?
Yes. You walk away with a custom automation roadmap regardless of whether you become a client. We do this because most B2B teams need clarity, not a sales pitch.
Do you take equity or revenue share?
No. We charge upfront cash for builds and monthly cash for retainers. We are not in the equity game.
Are there contracts?
Retainers are month-to-month. You can pause or cancel any time with 30 days notice. We have never had to enforce a contract because clients stay when the system works.
What does the price include?
Everything: scoping, build, integrations, AI model costs (within fair-use limits), hosting on EU infrastructure, performance monitoring, and ongoing optimization for retainer clients. The only thing not included is third-party SaaS your team already uses (Instantly, n8n cloud, etc.) which can pass through at cost.
Can you work with companies outside Finland and the Nordics?
Yes, but our home turf is Finland and the Nordics. About 80% of clients are Finnish or Swedish B2B. We work in Finnish, English, and Swedish.
