The situation
Before anyone could sell, someone had to dig: find the companies, identify the decision-makers, hunt down contact details, and paste it all into the CRM. That manual research ate about 30 hours of the team's week, and the quality depended on who did the digging and how tired they were.
The build
We put AI agents on the digging:
- Agents scrape the web for companies that match the team's ideal customer profile
- Decision-makers identified and every contact enriched automatically
- Outreach runs on top of the enriched data, so the list never sits idle
What changed
Around 30 hours of manual research left the team's week, and the lead quality went up rather than down: the agents apply the same criteria every time, on every company. The salespeople now spend their time on conversations.
We keep client cases anonymous unless the client has asked to be named. The numbers are the ones we report to the client, on the client's own data.
