Your data is stored in Finland.
Company Brain stores your data on servers in Helsinki, Finland, backups included. The AI it uses, speech recognition included, runs in the EU, and nothing you send to it is stored. Your company's knowledge stays in your company: it is kept apart from every other customer's and never used to train AI models. If you connect an outside service yourself, such as Claude or ChatGPT, what you send it is handled under that service's terms, and some of these services work outside the EU.
